| CHILDCARE FOR THE 2007 ANNUAL CONFERENCE SESSION Childcare will be available for children ages 0-5th grade throughout Annual Conference. Pre-registration is very important. Please read the following information carefully. Click here to download a registration form. Forms must be turned in before MAY 1, 2007. DROP-IN Childcare for young children (0-4 years old) Drop-in Childcare will be available at Trinity UMC for young children during all conference sessions beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday and then 8:00 a.m. each day until 1 hour after the closing session. Trinity is within walking distance of the Civic Center . Parents must provide meals for their children or pick them up for meals. No meals will be provided. Children must bring lunch with them on Thursday. ALL DAY Care for older children (5 years – 5th grade) All Day Care is available for older children Monday - Thursday. 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. at Isle of Hope UMC. Isle of Hope's bus will pick up children at Trinity UMC at 8:30 a.m. and return to Trinity UMC at 5:00 p.m. Lunch is provided. The cost for this childcare is $10 per child, $20 maximum per family for all four days. You will receive additional information including waiver forms for activities such as swimming and service projects. Isle of Hope UMC is located approximately 30 minutes from the Civic Center. Please note: we will be unable to accommodate children 5 years and up who are not pre-registered. |
