ABOUT THE WEEKEND
 

Put on your suit, grab your gear and get ready to blast off for an “Out of This World” experience at KidzQuest ’09. Designed for students in the 3rd – 6th grades, this annual children’s retreat promises to be high-octane, fast-paced and filled to the max with worship and fun. 

This year’s retreat is set for October 2-4, 2009, at Epworth By The Sea on St. Simons Island. Students will learn to live “Out of this World” by focusing on Romans 12:2 to discover what it means to be shaped by God’s word and not the pattern of this world. 

With a message woven into action, guest speaker Jesse Joyner will keep us on the edge of our seats as he communicates biblical truths while performing amazing juggling stunts. “Uncle Charlie” is back by popular demand to lead us in more high-energy worship that is one of the highlights of the weekend. Rounding out this all-star team is our favorite emcee Brandon Rushin, or “Hey Ya” as we like to call him. Hey Ya will keep us entertained with fun and games and even promises to teach us a few new dance moves.


Each Fall this event draws children from across the South Georgia Conference to Epworth By The Sea for an amazing weekend of Christian fellowship and fun. We guarantee that your students will be talking about this event all year long. Make plans now to attend.

The cost for this event is $125 per person and includes meals, lodging, program, and t-shirt.
