Health Break Options

A new feature to this year's Annual Conference session were health break options on Tuesday morning.  “A Healthier Me: Body, Mind and Soul” encouraged members to focus on a variety of elective activities that promoted healthy living.  Several workshop leaders provided handouts from their workshops (see below).

Eat Up, Slim Down  (Downloadable packet).  This workshop examined eating habits and showed how to implement a healthier way of life.
