Parliamentary Procedures: As a reminder, the South Georgia Conference follows the Modern Rules of Order, 3rd Edition, American Bar Association for Parliamentary Procedures (see Standing Rule 3.1.1).
The reports below WILL REQUIRE A VOTE during the 2020 Annual Conference session but were not included in the Book of Recommendations and Reports,. Please view, read, and familiarize yourself with them prior to the beginning of our session.

Once you view the videos, the Board of Pension & Health Benefits and the Council on Finance and Administration are asking you to submit any questions you have so they can address them prior to Annual Conference or can address them during the virtual conference session.
