Mrs. Frances Perry Fitzgerald passed away peacefully at Arbor Acres Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013. She was born August 31, 1924, in Wingate, NC to Zeb and Sarah Perry. She lost her parents at a young age and was raised by her beloved Aunt Fronie Perry. Frances was a graduate of Wingate High School and attended Wingate College.
