The Director of Human Resources and Operations is responsible to manage all human resource practices, policies, and programs, to supervise the church’s operational functions (facilities, finance and administration, and communications), and to provide leadership and direction to all directors regarding HR matters. This includes but is not limited to: recruiting, hiring, retention, employment policies and enforcement, training and development, compensation and benefits, workplace safety and health, regulatory compliance, and all other related activities. This position provides day-to-day oversight and direction to the finance, facilities, and communications department employees and leaders. They will support the co-senior pastors with the daily operations of church business; promoting the ministry’s mission, vision, and culture in all aspects of the role.
