In an effort to garner bids for future locations of the South Georgia Annual Conference Session, a subgroup of the Annual Conference Program Committee has developed an RFP (request for proposal). Prior to the 2017 Annual Conference Session, the RFP was sent to 12 different Convention and Visitor’s Bureaus in South Georgia cities which might have facilities and motels to accommodate our conference's needs. Cities include: Albany, Columbus, Dublin, Golden Isles, Macon, Perry, Savannah, Statesboro, Tifton, Valdosta, Warner Robins, and Waycross. Proposals are currently being accepted for 2019 and beyond.
