Mary Osborn, age 74, of Broxton, GA passed away on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017, at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Osborn was born on October 16, 1942, in Springfield, IL to the late Harold Knudson and Juanita Buckman Knudson. Survivors include: her husband, Rev. Jim Osborn of Broxton, GA; two daughters, Sarah Paulk of Douglas, GA and Tracy (Kyle) Lott of West Green, GA; five grandchildren, Alexis Lott, Harrison Lott, Walton Lott, Jadyn Guthrie, and Ella Paulk; sister, Carol Tinsley of Greenville, SC; brother, Robert Knudson of Naples, FL; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Walker, Rev. John McGowen, and Rev. Kevin Bounds officiating. Entombment followed at the Dixie Mausoleum in the Douglas City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Beta Sigma Phi Passionately Pink, 969 Basswood Rd., Douglas, GA 31535.
